ProtokolStudio ("we", "us", "our") is a private brand-building studio specializing in sourcing, identity design and viral content strategy for beauty and wellness founders. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our website, newsletter and client engagements.

• Inquiry forms: name, email, brand name, revenue range, bottleneck, timeline and budget you voluntarily submit.
• Newsletter: email address provided to receive The Dispatch.
• Strategy Store: billing details processed by our third-party payment processor — we never store full card numbers on our servers.
• Client engagements: brand assets, formulas, supplier information and other materials shared under contract.
• Usage data: standard server logs and privacy-respecting analytics (page views, device type, referrer).

We use the information you submit to evaluate fit, respond to inquiries, deliver paid services, send dispatches you opt into, and improve our offering. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

All client engagements at ProtokolStudio are governed by signed contracts that include mutual confidentiality. Formulas, supplier relationships, internal financials and unreleased brand work are treated as confidential and never shared, published or used outside the engagement without written permission.

We rely on a limited set of vetted vendors to operate the studio — including hosting, email delivery, payment processing and scheduling. These providers only receive the data necessary to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments.

Inquiry submissions are retained for up to 24 months so we can follow up on prior conversations. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe. Client records are retained for the duration of the contract plus the period required by tax and accounting law.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect information in transit and at rest. No system is ever fully impenetrable, but we limit access on a need-to-know basis and review our practices regularly.

We may update this policy as the studio evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated via The Dispatch.
